Since August 2008, President, ProMedica Health System, The Toledo Hospital, and also currently the Interim President of Toledo Children's Hospital. President, Flower Hospital, from 2000 to 2008, and prior to that, the Corporate Director of Business Development, ProMedica Health System. Prior to 2000, Dr. Webb held other leadership positions including: Vice President Human Resources, Clinical Services, and Support Services at Lima Memorial Hospital.

Professional activities have included, Sylvania Rotary Board Member, Sylvania Chamber of Commerce, Northwest Ohio Chapter of American Red Cross, and West Toledo YMCA. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives

Dr. Webb and his wife have two daughters and two step daughters. He enjoys reading history novels, golf, and cycling.
