Chief Executive Officer of Henry County Hospital since March 1998. Chief Nursing Officer, Henry County Hospital from 1996 to 1998. Chief Quality Officer, Memorial Hospital from 1992 to 1996. Prior to 1992, Ms. Bordenkircher held other leadership positions at Memorial Hospital, which included; Vice President, Patient Services, Vice President Nursing, Associate Director/Nursing, and Director of Medical/Surgical Department.

Ms. Bordenkircher's professional activities include, Board Member, Hospital Council Northwest Ohio, American Red Cross Board Member since 2002, OHA Small and Rural Hospital Board Member, Healthy Community Foundation Board Member, and American Cancer Society Board Member.

Kim has a teenage son and enjoys reading, bird watching, and gardening.
