Ellie is President of Heinrich, Casey & Associates, a retained executive search firm exclusively dedicated to the healthcare profession and committed to providing personal attention and service.

Ellie is a Fellow with the American College of Health Care Executives.  She is a board member of the MHEGA and chairperson of the Career Development Council. Ellie is a member of the Healthcare Consultants Committee of ACHE, a former member of the ACHE.org Editorial Board and a member of the Michigan Regents Advisory Council.

Ellie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Business and Education from the University of Detroit.  Her clinical experience as a nurse includes a number of staff and management positions. She has held significant executive positions in Patient Care Management and Operations at major Healthcare Institutions in the Midwest.
