B.A. in Computer Science, Wayne State University; M.S. in Health Services Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Clinical Data Manager of the Community Benefit Department at Trinity Health. Her primary focus is improving the health of the poor and underserved populations within the community that are stricken with chronic diseases.  Prior to that, Vandella was the Medical Informatics Consultant at Care Choices formerly a member of Trinity Health’s Health Plan Organization.

Vandella’s professional activities include Chair, Student Activities Committee of the Midwest Healthcare Executives Group and Associates; Treasurer of the Michigan Association of Healthcare Quality Board of Directors; Chair, Awards Committee of the Wayne Statue University Women of Wayne Board of Directors and member of the University of Detroit Mercy College of Health Professions Alumni Council.

Vandella is married and the owner of a beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sara. She enjoys golf, tennis, bowling, and deep-sea fishing.
