Welcome to the Website of the Midwest Healthcare Executives Group and Associates (MHEGA), a professional organization dedicated to healthcare executives in Southeastern Michigan and Northern Ohio. The mission of MHEGA is to provide a local forum for the exchange of information and viewpoints to enhance professional development and facilitate networking opportunities. MHEGA is an authorized affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). The Web site is one of the means by which we share important information to fulfill our mission. Visit the site often to access our newsletter, read the progress of our strategic plan and peruse the list of the open positions in the state. Congratulations to the MHEGA leadership team and members for earning ACHE's Award of Chapter Distinction; awarded for membership growth and member satisfaction. The certificate of accomplishment, for the Award of Chapter Distinction, was presented at the Chapters Leaders Reception, in March 2009, during the annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership., in Chicago, IL. Dave Finkbeiner of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association.
Come network with fellow healthcare executive colleagues, spend a fun-filled afternoon on the golf course, and help support MHEGA’s mission. Participation in this event will help raise money for MHEGA’s scholarship fund and support future educational and networking programs for southeast Michigan and the northwest Ohio region healthcare industry professionals.
